I got this pillow based on other reviews and I have no complaints, it's high quality and no smell. What I wished though is that it was a lot firmer, if you really want a stiff pillow this is not it. Still a great pillow on the medium to soft side.

This is a good pillow. I knew the ILD was higher than I really wanted, but I've never experienced a higher ILD so gave it a try. It's too firm for me, but that's not a problem with the pillow itself.

Arrived wrapped in cellophane perhaps 25% of queen size, so I initially thought the wrong pillow was shipped. Cardboard package was of poor quality, thin, and nearly shredded in several places. Upon removing the many layers of cellophane, the pillow instantly expanded to full size. Astonishing. Good pillow, ingenious shrink wrapping, very poor packaging.

Fixed a lot of my neck problems I have had. Memory foam pillows didn't help.
